WHAT WE RECEIVE
Through the enquiry form: your name, company name (if given), phone number, e-mail address, message and the machine you are asking about. A call-back request contains only your phone number. The website collects no other personal data.
WHY WE USE IT
Only to answer your enquiry, send an offer and arrange an inspection or purchase of the equipment. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
HOW THE DATA TRAVELS
Your enquiry is sent straight away by e-mail to our inbox info@medienosstakles.lt and is not stored on the website server. The e-mail is sent through the mail service of the website developer built.lt. The website is hosted on servers of Vercel Inc., which, like any server, briefly logs technical request data (IP address, browser type). These providers process data only on our behalf.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep enquiry e-mails for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up about it, and then delete them.
COOKIES
The website uses no statistics, advertising or other tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner. Your comparison list and recently viewed machines are remembered only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us. The map on the contacts page is provided by OpenStreetMap: when it loads, their servers receive your IP address; the map sets no cookies.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it. Write to info@medienosstakles.lt or call +370 612 39162. If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
